after sharing the link says

"No data is available via this link. Please contact the note owner for access."

I was literally thinking about that sharing would be great.

To build on this, would love to be able to share access to notes in bulk by Folder and/or Tag (i.e. to grant others a simplified 'read-only' version of a workspace with access that can be granted/managed/revoked by the admin). For example, to give a client access to past call recordings... or marketing folks access to ____ for updated sales copy based on ___ feedback... or access for external legal counsel to review a recording of a particularly important negotiation... etc. This could dovetail with the referral program by requiring that invitees create a free account in order to review Notes/Folders they've been invited to... which helps demonstrate the power/capability/use-cases of the platform for third-parties in real time without needing to expand the offering made available in the free trial itself. In reality, we can copy/paste (or export via webhook or otherwise) notes for sharing as it is already, so enabling this functionality directly within the platform would just help keep the sharing within the ecosystem for marketing purposes... account creations and new email subscribers would be secondary benefits to the much more powerful one that is this: Enabling user-initiated, user-led, "real-business-purpose" driven REALTIME DEMOS that not only spread the word in an organic way, but also showcase the platform's capabilities to a far greater extent than a free trial alone can... all while driving up the utility/functionality/UX of the product for existing users to support even deeper entrenchment/adoption within their own day-to-day workflow and corresponding routines... likely to lead to an eventual need for top-up minutes or a plan upgrade if/when a Premium Pro+ tier can be (or to be) introduced. :)
